1. Who these terms are between

This agreement is between you and Talentra Solutions, the operator of talentrasolutions.com. You can reach us at info@talentrasolutions.com.

2. What we provide

We provide free, browser-based utilities and written guides. The tools run on your own device; we do not process, store or transmit the files or data you put into them. The guides are general information about business administration, documentation and web performance.

We provide the service free of charge and fund it through advertising. There is no subscription, no account, and correspondingly no service-level commitment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the tools to produce fraudulent documents, including invoices for work that was not performed, or documents impersonating a business you do not represent;
• generate QR codes that direct people to malware, phishing pages or other harmful content;
• attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or place automated load on it beyond ordinary human use;
• scrape, republish or redistribute our written guides in bulk, whether for training a model or for populating another website;
• use the site in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.

We may block access to anyone who does these things. Because there are no accounts, in practice this means blocking at the network level.

4. Your content stays yours

Anything you type into a tool — invoice details, image files, text encoded in a QR code — remains entirely yours. We claim no licence over it, because we never receive it. Documents the tools produce, such as a generated PDF invoice or a compressed image, are yours to use commercially without restriction, attribution or fee.

5. Our content

The written guides, page designs, code and branding on this site belong to Talentra Solutions and are protected by copyright. You may read them, print them for your own use, and quote short extracts with a link back. You may not republish substantial portions, translate and republish them, or present them as your own work.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Our guides describe general practice and cite public sources, but they cannot account for your jurisdiction, your circumstances or changes in the law after publication. Decisions with legal or financial consequences should be checked with a qualified professional. See the full disclaimer.

7. Provided “as is”

The site and tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any calculation or document it produces will meet a specific legal or regulatory requirement.

In particular: verify totals on any invoice before you send it, and check compressed images before you publish them. The tools are careful, but you are the last line of review.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talentra Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party links and advertising

The site contains links to external websites and displays advertising served by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement, and an advertisement is not a recommendation.

10. Changes

We may change these terms as the site develops. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Choosing a governing law is a contractual choice and is not a statement about where the site is operated from.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in, and it does not restrict your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Visitors in the United States retain any rights available to them under applicable federal and state law, including the privacy rights described in our privacy policy.
