Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Talentra Solutions collects, why, who else can see it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and every tool hosted on it.

The short version
The tools on this site process your files inside your own browser. Invoices, images, QR payloads and dates of birth are never transmitted to us and never stored on our servers, because no upload takes place. What we do collect is the ordinary, largely anonymous information that any website receives — server logs, aggregate analytics — plus whatever cookies our advertising and analytics partners set in your browser.
The rest of this page sets that out in detail, because “we care about your privacy” is not a policy.
Who we are
This site is operated by Talentra Solutions (“we”, “us”), reachable at info@talentrasolutions.com. For the purposes of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, we are the data controller for the personal data described below.
Information you give us directly
The only way to send us personal information deliberately is to email us or use the form on the contact page.
When you submit that form we receive:
- Your email address — required, because otherwise we cannot reply to you.
- Your name — optional.
- The topic you selected, and the page URL if you supplied one.
- Your message.
- Your IP address, held briefly and only to enforce a limit on how many messages one connection can send in an hour. It is not stored with your message and is discarded automatically after an hour.
The form is processed by a script on our own hosting and delivered to our mailbox by email. It is not routed through a third-party form service, so your message is not copied to another company along the way.
We use what you send to answer you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it. We keep support correspondence for up to 24 months so we can follow up on unresolved issues, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
The form includes a hidden field that human visitors never see and a check on how quickly it was submitted. Both exist to filter out automated spam. Neither collects anything about you.
What the tools do not collect
This deserves its own section, because it is the opposite of how most free online tools work.
- Invoice generator. Your business details, client details, line items and totals stay in your browser. The draft is saved to your browser’s local storage so you can return to it, and the PDF is assembled on your device. None of it reaches us. Clearing your browser data deletes the draft permanently — we hold no copy and cannot restore it.
- Image compressor. Images are read into memory, redrawn onto a canvas element and re-encoded locally. No file is uploaded. You can verify this by opening your browser’s network inspector while compressing, or by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads — the tool keeps working.
- QR code generator. The payload, including any Wi-Fi password you enter, is encoded in your browser. Nothing is transmitted.
- Age calculator. Dates are processed locally and never leave the page.
We do record aggregate, non-identifying usage — for instance, that the invoice generator was opened a certain number of times — through the analytics described below. That tells us which tools to keep improving. It does not tell us what you put in them.
Log files
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you viewed, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults. They are not linked to any personally identifying information we hold and are retained on a rolling short-term basis by our host.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use them in three ways.
- Strictly necessary and preference storage. Your light or dark theme choice and your invoice draft are kept in local storage on your own device. This is not transmitted and is not used to track you.
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and which tools are used, in aggregate.
- Advertising. Third-party advertising partners set cookies to serve and measure ads. This is described in the next section.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop you seeing ads; it makes them less relevant. Blocking all cookies will not break the tools, but your theme preference and saved invoice draft will not persist between visits. See our cookie policy for the fuller breakdown.
Advertising partners, including Google
This site is funded by advertising rather than by charging for the tools. Third-party ad networks, ad servers and vendors may use cookies, web beacons, pixels and similar technologies when they serve advertising on our pages. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and, where you have not opted out, to personalise the ads you see.
We do not control these third-party cookies, and this privacy policy does not govern them. Each advertising partner has its own privacy policy setting out how it handles data. We recommend consulting those policies directly.
Google and the DoubleClick DART cookie
- Google is one of the third-party vendors that may serve advertising on this site.
- Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve ads to visitors of this site and other sites on the internet, based on their visits to those sites.
- You may opt out of the DART cookie and personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Advertising and Privacy page and Google’s Ads Settings.
- Google’s use of information collected from this site is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalised advertising from many vendors at once through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page, the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out tool, or, for European visitors, Your Online Choices.
Legal bases for processing (UK and EU visitors)
We process personal data on the following bases under the GDPR:

Your rights
If you are in the UK, the EEA, or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Exercising these rights is free and we will respond within one month.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what categories of personal information are collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined in the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email info@talentrasolutions.com.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EU, your national data protection authority.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), US operators must obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
International transfers
Our hosting, analytics and advertising providers operate globally, so data described in this policy may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, our providers rely on mechanisms recognised under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because the tools do not upload your files, the most sensitive material you handle here — invoices, client details, photographs — is never in our custody in the first place, which is the strongest security guarantee we can offer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the limited data we do hold.

Our guides link to external sources such as government and standards-body pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Their policies apply once you leave ours.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or as the law does. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
